Goal

Tax Update 24-D delivered a new Garnishment Rule Table entry for Law Source '$U', Rule ID 'Levy' with a 1/1/2025 effective date and a new exemption amount of 1250.00. We are calculating garnishment for a check with a check date in 2025 but it is still using the exemption amount of 1216.67 from 2024. Why is this occurring?
