E-PIA: Reverse Charge Page can not be Opened Intermittently (Doc ID 3068240.1)

Symptoms

On : PeopleTools 8.60, Campus Solution 9.2 version. 

When attempting to open the reverse charges page, the page either does not respond or show the following error.

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. The proxy server could not handle the request.


The issue can be reproduced intermittently with the following steps:

1. Log into PIA.

2. Navigate to Student Financials > Charges and Payments > Reversals > Reverse Charge.

3. Observe the issue.
