Symptoms
When creating change package for Image 51, receiving following error popups:
Unexpected Exception
Change Package should be associated with an Update ID
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Open change assistant and choose Update Manager action.
2. Go to Tools > Create Change Package
3. Choose the package from drop down list and click next to proceed with change package creation.
4. Notice the error popups
