Symptoms

When running psrunACM.sh on AIX server, the following error shows up.

Error in sign on
  Database Type: 7 (ORACLE)
  Database Name: XXDB
  Server Name: XXSERVER
  OperID: PS
  ConnectID:
  Process Instance: 0
  Reason: Could not sign on to database XXDB with user PS.
