EAM: The Transaction Loader Edit (AMIFEDIT) Process Checks for the Incorrect (IUO) SetID Chartfields on InterUnit Transfer Transactions

Symptoms
The Transaction Loader Edit (AMIFEDIT) process checks for the incorrect (IUO) SetID Chartfields on InterUnit Transfer Transactions.
- The Inter-Unit Transfer In Side Transaction Load Status is set to Errored
- The Project ID is Incorrectly displayed on the Review Interface Transaction Page (IUI Transaction) but correct in the PS_INTFC_FIN table.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform InterUnit Business Unit and Chartfield Transfer using Mass Transaction Manager
Navigation: Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Mass Transactions > Run Mass Transactions
2. Run the Transaction Loader Edit (AMIFEDIT) process and review the .out Logs
Navigation: Asset Management > Send/Receive Information > Interface Transactions > Transaction Loader Edit
3. Notice that the IUI Transaction Load Status is set to Errored and the Project ID is Incorrectly displayed but correct in the PS_INTFC_FIN table.
Navigation: Asset Management > Send/Receive Information > Interface Transactions > Review Interface Transaction
