Symptoms
Query class method RunToRowset() crashes for accounts that do not have Query security.
When the API is run using the accounts that do not have query security, it should display an alert instead of crashing.
Replication Steps

Run the Query class method RunToRowset()
1. Log in using account without the necessary query security.
2. Access UC_TEST_MENU.UC_TEST_COMP.GBL directly by URL.
3. Click on the Test button to see it crashes and logs out.
