E-PIA: Recent Searches and Saved Searches Showing “Nothing Yet...” Message on Advisee Student Center Page in Campus Solutions Application (Doc ID 3068521.1)

Symptoms

On Advisee Center page in Campus Solutions, search for any id and save the search.

Now try accessing the recent and saved searches. It throws "Nothing Yet, your recent searches will appear here" even though recent searches exist.

This can be replicated using below steps:

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Advisor Center > Advisee Student Center
2. Provide search criteria.
3. Click on Search button
4. Once you see search results, click on Save Search button.
5. Enter Name and click Save.
6. Click on Saved searches/Recent Searches drop down to see saved/recent search.

It throws below message
"Nothing Yet, your recent searches will appear here"
