ABMGT: Cancel Button on Self Service View Requests Page Ignores Cancellation Rules Per Country Take Setup

Symptoms
The Cancel Absence button on the View Request page does not follow the cancellation rules on the Country Take setup page. This allows for all events to be cancelled and not those as configured by the Cancellation Rules.
Steps to reproduce Country/Country Take.
- Set up HCM>Product Related>Global Payroll and Absence Management>Absence Management>Country Setup for Absence Take.
- In Cancellation Rule section, set the backward limit to 2 months or more.
- Set up HCM>Product Related>Global Payroll and Absence Management>Absence Management>Configure Country Take Setup.
- In Cancellation Rule section, set the Cancellation Option to be "All Events Except Finalized".
- Employee or Manager logs in system and accesses the View Requests tile under Time tile (employee) or Team Time tile (manager).
- Notice that the Cancel Absence button is active and usable on events which are processed.
