EPY:Monthly Deductions Being Taken on Biweekly Payroll (Doc ID 3068674.1)

Symptoms

The frequency on the Benefit Rates table for Medical Plans is monthly. For a biweekly Pay Group for which the Deduction should be taken on the first and second pay periods only, the deduction that is being calculated is the monthly amount.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Run a payroll calculation (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll).
     2. Review deductions on calculated paychecks (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Review Paycheck).
