Symptoms

When attempting to run Process ISIR Corrections, the process runs to Error status, with the following messages displayed in the FAPCOR00 cobol log file:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Financial Aid > File Management > ISIR Corrections > Process ISIR Corrections.
2. Populate the parameters and and run the process.
3. In Process Monitor, note the instance ends in error; click 'Details', then 'View Log/Trace', then the .log file in the File List to review the detailed messages.

Changes

The issue  occurs after updating to a new version of the ISIR Corrections cobol for a new year. For example, the issue was reported most recently after applying the fix for <Bug 37050706> - 2025-2026 ISIR CORRECTIONS UPDATE, first delivered as part of the PeopleSoft Release Patchset 36741433: 2025-2026 ISIR UPDATES.
