Symptoms

When the Supplier Chatbot is enabled, new projects are not saved in the database.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Chatbot Configurations > Global Chatbot Configuration;
2. Enable PSFT_SCP_PUBLIC_CHAT_ASST;
3. Navigate to Project Costing > Project Definitions > Define Project General Info;
4. Add a new value;
5. Save the new project;
6. Return to the search page and try to open the project. No results were returned.
Query PS_PROJECT table. The project does not exist.
