Java Exception 'IsirFormatFactory2026 not found' Displays for All Students in AE_SFA_NAC_PDRM .Stdout File After Running Mass EFC Calculation for Aid Years 2025 or 2026 (Doc ID 3069768.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Mass EFC Calculation Process to invoke the Federal Methodology Need Analysis Calculator (FM NAC)  for Aid Years 2025 or 2026,  the resulting AE_SFA_NAC_PDRM .Stdout file shows the following messages for every student calculated:

Java Exception: java.util.ServiceConfigurationError: com.oracle.sfp.fm.efc.calculator.common.isir.IsirFormatFactory: Provider com.oracle.sfp.fm.calculator.common.internal.IsirFormatFactory2026 not found

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > File Management > Mass SAI/EFC Calculation. 
  2. Enter Aid Year 2025 or 2026 and calculation type 'F' or 'Bl and run the process.
  3. Review the  AE_SFA_NAC_PDRM .Stdout File in Process Monitor and note the messages displaying for every student.

The issue occurs after applying all of the available Financial Aid fixes up through and including all of the fixes delivered in Peoplesoft Release Patchset (PRP) 36741433: 2025-2026 ISIR UPDATES
