Symptoms

While trying to run the CommGen process with relationship receivers with long names, this is failing with the below error: 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Assign the relationship: Contributor Relations > People > Relationships > Person to Org Relationships
Add a Relationship to the person with a longer name so the part before and/or after the comma is more than thirty chars. Ensure to set the flag that all communications are sent to the related person.
2. Run Communication Generation process: Campus Community > Communications > Communication Generation > Selection Parameters
3. Note that the process is failing
