Goal
Incorrect Student Level Determination in Case of Repeated Courses
When a student repeats a course (e.g. ACCT 100), their student level is calculated incorrectly during the semester of the repeated attempt.
For example, a student took ACCT 100 in Fall 2023 and received a poor grade (e.g. C-). They then re-enrolled in the same course in its next offering (Fall 2024) to improve their grade.
Throughout Fall 2024, the system appears to double-count the credits from both attempts of the course (Fall 2023 and Fall 2024) when determining the student level.
This issue persists until the grades for the repeated course are posted for the current term (Fall 2024).
