Push Notification Is Not Working in Fluid For Document Collaboration Review in Supplier Contract Management (Doc ID 3070009.1)

Symptoms

In Fluid, notifications are not generated for Document Collaboration Review in Supplier Contract Management.
In Worklist, Collaboration Review is listed but there is no Action or Alert generated for this.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Navigate to Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Contract Entry;
2. Create a contract;
3. Click on Add a document button;
4. Fill the required data and click on Create a document;
5. Complete the answers and click Finish;
6. Click on Route Internally;
7. Add VP1 as a collaborator;
8. Click on Route Internally. The status is Pending Collaboration;
9. No Actions or Alerts are generated.
    No approvals are created.
