Symptoms

When attempting to update the ACA Employee Transmittal Data page by adding a new row for the employee where the employee has a Preferred Name
the following error occurs.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Identify an employee with a Preferred Name.
2. Generate ACA Transmittal Data (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > ACA Data Extract).
3. Review the ACA Employee Transmittal Data page (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > ACA Employer Transmittal Data).
