HCM 9.2: Remote Worker Request History Displays Wrong Address

Symptoms
If an employee changes their address, their older Remote worker request display their new address instead of the address that was current at the time the Remote Request request was in effect. This can be seen in Employee Self-Service when looking at prior history of Remote Worker.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Initiate a Remote Worker Request
Employee Self Service Fluid Homepage > Remote Worker > Add Request
Add the following Start and End Date for e.g.: 1- JAN- 2023 - 1-APR-2023
Notice: The current address is mentioned
2. ESS Fluid Homepage > Personal Details Addresses
Change the address effective dated 1-OCT-2023
3. Navigate back to Remote Worker Tile:
Notice: The address from 1-OCT-2023 was updated, however, it should not, since at the time the request was available the previous address was available
