Fluid Job Data: When Updating Earnings Distribution via Correct History, Error Occurs: "When distributing earnings by percent, percents must add up to 100. (1000,108)"

Symptoms
When updating an existing Fluid Job Data Earnings Distribution by using Correct History, if there is more than one earnings distribution row and changes are made to the position, department, jobcode or distribution percents, or one of the rows is deleted, this error is received and the row cannot be saved.
No errors occur when doing the same action in classic Job Data.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1.Workforce Administrator Fluid Homepage > Manage Job Tile.
2.Search for an Employee with Correct History mode ON.
3.Correct first job data row.
4. Go to Payroll section – Job Earning Distribution.
5.Add new row and update the % only 2nd and 3rd row- Do not touch/update 1st row.
6.Go to Validate – Click Validate button.
7.Above Error Message is displayed.
