Symptoms

When user tries to add a new Run Control ID for the Dashboard, Monthly XML CHE as well as Year End XML CHE, the below error occurs:

Invalid date. (180,112) GPCH_RC_EGOVT.GBL.GPCH_RC_PAYROLL.GPCH_RC_PAY_YEAR.FieldDefault PCPC:335 Statement:3
An invalid date has been encountered in a PeopleCode program.
Review the PeopleCode program to determine the cause of the error.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Authority Correspondence
2. Add a new Run Control ID
