Symptoms
Bulk filling is not longer accepted for the TAX810KS and the Run Control does not have the option to produce separate files by Company.
The Run Control should have an option to run the TAX810 separated by company.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Payroll for North America > U.S. Quarterly Processing > State Quarterly Wage Reporting > Quarterly Wage File IL-NC
2. Select the Run Control and Kansas State
3. Verify that there is no option to select the Company
