Student Pronouns are not Visible in the Fluid Faculty Center > Class Roster when the Pronouns Have Not Been Set on or Before the Term Begin Date Selected (Doc ID 3071629.1)

Symptoms

After a student sets up their pronouns in their Profile, when a Faculty goes toFaculty Center > Class Roster, they cannot see the student pronoun if they have not set up their pronouns or set it up after the term begin date. The faculty can only see the pronouns if the student set it up before the term begin date.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Set Up SACR > Common Definitions > Self Service > Fluid Configuration > Faculty Center Setup.
  2. In "Class Roster" options, select the "Display Pronouns" option to enable student pronouns.
  3. As a Faculty, go to Faculty Homepage > Faculty Center > Class Roster.
  4. Select a Term.
  5. Select a class.
  6. Click on a Student with pronouns defined.
  7. Student pronouns should be displayed, but it doesnt. It only shows the pronouns if the student changed the pronouns before the term begin date.
