Foundation Tables displays all the history rows instead of current row after the Tools upgrade to 8.61.

Replication Steps:

1) Upgrade tools from 8.59 to 8.61.

2) Navigate to Foundation tables (Setup HCM > Foundation Tables > Departments)

3) Search for a department which has multiple rows of effective dated rows.

4) It displays all the history rows instead of current row.

5) In Tools 8.59, when the department is searched, it directly opens the current effective dated row.
