Goal
Can an employee (EMPLID) be assigned multiple USER ID within their User Profile to accommodate different roles independently?
Example (using PeopleSoft delivered sample employee):
- EMPLID K0W001 Antonio is a manager.
- Via PeopleTool>Security>User Profile>User Profile, create two USERIDs: ASMITH and 123456.
- Assign the role TL MANAGER TIME FLUID to ASMITH and assign the role ABS MANAGER FLUID to 123456.
- Assign EMPLID K0W001 to both User IDs.
If he signs in as ASMITH, will he only see only his direct reports' Time and Labor data and likewise only the Absence data if he signs in as 123456?
