Symptoms
After setting up PERS_EMERGNCY_CONTACT_SYNC service operation from CS (Campus Solutions) to HCM, running a sys audit report resulted in an IBRK-27 error, as shown below.

Replication steps:
1. Set up the integration from CS to HCM.
2. Query the PSOPERATION table using a SQL editor, and observe that the IB_SERVICENAME is blank for the service operation above.
