Symptoms
When you open ESS /MSS-> Enter Time-> Leave/Compensatory Time Tab not Showing Data.
Steps to replicate:
1. Manager logs in via Manager Self-Service > Team Time > Enter Time
2. selects an employee and clicks on the Leave/Compensatory Time tab at the bottom of the page
3. an image appears instead of displaying the employee's leave balances.
