The preferred name fields were configured as the display name, but now, when a dependent is added during Open Enrollment, both NAME_DISPLAY and NAME fields are blank in DEP_BEN_NAME table after the 'Refresh Name Display Values' process is run.

The issue can be replicated by following these steps:

1. Change the name format to use the preferred name as the display name. Navigation: Set up HCM > Foundation Tables > Personal > Name Format Types.
2. Run the "Refresh Name Display Values" process. Navigation: Set Up HCM > System Administration > Database Processes > Refresh Name Display Values > Refresh Name Display Values.
3. After performing these steps, the last name of the dependent/beneficiary appears blank in both the On Demand and Enroll In Benefits components.
