The PDF generated by the Purchase Order Dispatch process (PO_DISPATCH) is not printed in a language other than English.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login DUTCH language
2. Navigate : Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update POs
    Create purchase order by adding an item
    Click Dispatch
3. Navigate to Report Manager
4. Open the Purchase Order pdf file.
Issue : It is printed in English.
