GPESP:Base Quote Maximum At L00 And Also Have Vacation Generates Error "C9663: Compensacion IT supera el importe Máximo" when Submitting Siltra (Doc ID 3072269.1)

Symptoms

When sending the Social Insurance (Siltra) for an employee the following error is received, as the employee exceeds the maximum limit.

The employee is terminated on October 30 and has 2 days of vacation pending to be taken.
The employee is capped by Maximum Bases during the month.

Generating Social Insurance generates an L00 settlement from 10/01/2022 to 10/30/2022, an L13 Settlement from 10/31/2022 to 10/31/2022 with no bases, and an L13 Settlement from 01/11/2022 to 01/11/2022.

The error occurs when the file is sent after removing manually the slice corresponding to (31,31).

Error 
The possible error message from the Social Security site would be:

C9663: Compensacion IT supera el importe Máximo

 Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Terminate an employee on October 30th, 2022, and this employee still has 2 days of vacation to be taken
2. Workforce Administration > Job and Personal Information > Job Data and add a new row with Termination action.
3. The compensation of this employee should be above the ceiling, i.e. more than 3000 euros.
4. Use Global Payroll and Absence Mgmt > Social Security / Insurance > Manage Cret@ Files ESP to load the XML file to Social Security.
The error message above is triggered.
