Symptoms

When attempting to search Company and Calendar Year for Safe Harbor Relief Groups the following error occurs.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to ACA Safe Harbor Relief Codes (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Processing > ACA Preparation > Safe Harbor Relief Groups).
2. Enter Applicable Large Employer ID and Calendar Year and click Search.
