Symptoms

Employee switched from a percentage to a flat amount election for a Savings Plan; however, only the employer match was then taken on the first paycheck that should have the flat amount deducted.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Add a new election on an employee's Savings Plan enrollment changing it from a percentage to a flat amount (Navigation: Benefits > Enroll in Benefits > Savings Plans).
     2. Create paysheets for a pay period ending on or after the Deduction Begin Date of the new election entered above (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Create and Load Paysheets > Create Paysheets).
     3. Run a payroll calculation (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll).
     4. Check the deductions on the calculated paycheck to see that only the employer deduction is taken (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Review Paycheck).
