College Financing Plan Template for Aid Year 2026 Still Displays 'College Costs You Will Be Required to Pay' and 'Scholarships and Grant Options' Which Don't Match Updated Text on Federal Template

Symptoms
In Self Service, when viewing the College Financing Plan (CFP) for Aid Year 2026, there are a two headings identified to be displaying incorrectly:
- Scholarships and Grant Options
- College Costs You Will Be Required to Pay
These do not match the Federal specifications - which can be referenced at the link https://www.ed.gov/media/document/fy-2025-26-college-financing-plan-template-undergraduate-108459.pdf - which show the following for the same headings:
- Grants, Scholarships, and Other Gift Aid
- Estimated College Costs You Will Be Required to Pay
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Setup SACR > Product Related > Financial Aid > College Financing Plan > Group Options and ensure a group is defined for Aid Year 2026 and the UGRD career.
- To ensure any active student can view the CFP, check on the 'Allow display with no awards' field on the Group Options tab.
- Navigate to Financial Aid > View Packaging Status Summary > Packaging Status Summary for Aid Year 2026 and any Undergraduate student.
- In the 'College Financing Plan Group' field, enter the value used for Undergraduate students.
- Log in as the student and click the FLUID Financial Aid tile.
- In left navigation, click the link pertaining to College Financing Plan then on the main page click the link to view the CFP.
- Scroll down to the green header and note the two displays.
Changes
The issue occurs after applying the fixes in PeopleSoft Release Patchset (PRP), Patch 37279517 - ALLOW 2025 BATCH ISIR CORRECTIONS PROCESSING.
