Job Actions Approval Process Insert the Approval Transaction Row Into PS_JOB After First Step Completes (Doc ID 3072896.1)

When user attempts to create Job Action with approval process setup (with the first step to self approve) have a person that is in that first approval group to approve, a record in PS_JOB data inserted after the first step set to Self- Approve.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals > Approval Process Setup
2. Clone Process ID= JobActions and Add Steps
3. Selct Self Approval = Y for Level 1
4. Go to Manage Human Resources Tile >Click on Manage Job
5. Search Employee and Create a Job Action
6. Submit the Changes
7. Verify the JOB Table Data
