Gridline Alignment issue with Distribution Grid - Voucher Regular entry on Classic Plus Theme Style.

Steps:

1. Log on to PIA.
2. Navigate to Main Menu > Accounts Payable > Vouchers > Add/Update > Regular Entry.
3. Click on add button.
4. Add new invoice line.
5. On second invoice line, scroll to the extreme right of distribution lines and review the alignment: Grid labels and fields are mismatched.
