GP CORE: Error "The shape of App owned data set GP_NONRULES is different between source and target." Occurs When Applying Change Package for BUG 36981047 (Doc ID 3072973.1)

Symptoms

After creating/processing a change package for <BUG 36981047> (Legislative changes for Global Payroll UK year end/year start) receive the following error in Change Assistant on the step Copy GP UK NRule ADS From File - GB36981047N

The shape of App owned data set GP_NONRULES is different between source and target. Please synchronize ADS data set definition between source and target before compare/copy.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create change package for <BUG 36981047>.
  2. Process and follow change assistant log for completion of steps.
  3. Copy GPUK NRule ADS step fails.
