Authorize Student Exceptions Do Not Allow User to Select Transfer Courses From A Specific Articulation Term to Apply to Academic Requirement When Student Transfers in Multiple Enrollments in the Same Course in Different Articulation Terms

Symptoms
When a student transfers in courses with the same equivalency from multiple institutions there is no ability to use a Authorize Student Exception to select the Term/Institution attempt that will apply to the students requirement.
This issue can be replicated with the following steps:
1. Using demo student AA0010 (Acad Prog FAU Acad Plan MUS-BA)
transfer from "Some University" a course that is equivalent to MUSIC 150 in the Spring of 202x.
Make sure Music 150 is repeatable for Credit in the course catalog.
2. Using demo student AA0010
transfer from the same university a different course that is also equivalent to MUSIC 150 in the Summer of 202x.
3. Run the Advisement report by adding a new request at
Academic Advisement > Student Advisement >Request Advisement Report
and see that the MUSIC 150 for the first term is applied to the requirement.
4. Use Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Authorize student exception with the following settings
Section Option : Student (Emplid AA0010)
Operation Code : Course Directive
Click the link for Create Exception
Select Requirement group: 008025
Requirement : 000001167
Line: 30
Course Source : Transfer courses
Directive Type : Substitute
Click search and select Music 150
When the course select displays both transfer course uncheck the Spring Music 150, and select Summer Music 150.
Click Okay and Apply.
5. Run the Advisement report by adding a new request at
Academic Advisement > Student Advisement >Request Advisement Report
See that BOTH Music 150 Spring and Summer is applied to the requirement.
