Cannot Have a French and an English Version for the Candidate Application Status

Symptoms
When trying to update the Candidate Application Status while been logged in English, the translate the Status Description Text is correctly saved in English.
However, while logged in French, the Status Description is displayed in English
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Login English and Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Recruiting > Candidate Application Status
2. Change the Status Description to English
3. Login French, notice that the Status Description was not kept in French but was modified to English
