Symptoms
Notify Mail in the ePerformance documents do not have editable Subject line.
Replication Steps:
1) Navigate to Manager Self Service > Team Performance > Team Documents> Open any document.
2) Click Notify.
3) Notice the subject is not editable to send any info.
4) Provide an email id and message and click send.
5) The mail sent do not have sender's name, no subject line, just the comments.
