ETL9.2: The "PREVIOUS" and "NEXT" buttons are misplaced on the Time Summary page.

Symptoms
In 8.59, the "Previous & Next" buttons were located on the right side of the page; however, with 8.60, it's placed on the middle of the page.
All other fluid pages have both buttons located on the right side of the page.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Manager Self Service > Team Time tile > Time Summary tile
2. Open Time Summary page to see the location of 'Previous / Next buttons.
