Symptoms
The Direct Reports tables event application package PeopleCode that inserted terminated managers who's position was reassigned.
- Workforce Administation> HR Administration > Job Data
- Emplid ID1, Empl Rcd 0 was Terminated in YYYY.
- Direct report process is run, and it builds correct hierarchy on PS_HR_DIRECT_REP_5 for Active Emplid ID1, Empl Rcd 1.
- The Job data is updated for Emplid ID2 which is not related to Emplid ID1 and this transaction resulted in Asynchronous Message-‘EONL_MSG’ being triggered and insert a row for Inactive Emplid ID1, Empl Rcd 0
- The Job data is updated for Emplid ID3 which is not related to Emplid ID1 and it resulted in additional rows being inserted for Inactive Empl Rcd 0 and it build the Direct reports hierarchy for Empl Rcd 0.
- As a result, the Terminated Emplid ID1 record is visible under the current incumbent of REPORTS_TO, which is corresponding to Empl Rcd 0 in My Team tile.
