E-COMP: Application Designer Crashes With Warning "CMgrInStream::DeserializeField failure" While Comparing/Copying Large PeopleCode From File Project (Doc ID 3073514.1)

Symptoms

Application designer crashes while comparing the project from file. It is getting crashed at one particular object (AE peoplecode) and getting the below warning in application designer trace file.

warning CMgrInStream::DeserializeField failure.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Compare the project from file in application designer
2. It fail at AE compare and cause Pside.exe crash
3. Remaining objects are compared without any issue.
