Symptoms
Cost accounting lines for purchase price variance PPV transaction group 401 are not created.
Steps to Reproduce Issue:
1. Run Cost Accounting Creation Process
Navigation: Cost Accounting > Inventory and Mfg Accounting > Create Accounting Entries > Cost Accounting Creation
2. Accounting Lines are not created for Pending PPV 401 transactions
