Back Button On View Performance Document Page Takes the User to the Homepage Instead if the Search Page

Symptoms
When a user goes to the View Performance Document page to search for a document for one of the employees and click on the document it takes the user to the actual document.
However, when the user clicks on the back button, instead of taking the user to the search page, it takes the user to the homepage.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Menu > Workforce Development> Performance Management > View Performance Documents
2. Search for an employee
3. Click on the performance document for one of the employees.
4. Click on the back button.
5. Notice the user is taken to the home screen instead of the search page.
