Gridline Alignment issue with Distribution Grid - Voucher Regular entry on Classic Plus Theme Style.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log on to PIA
2. Navigate to Main Menu > Accounts Payable > Vouchers > Add/Update > Regular Entry
3. Click on add button
4. Add new invoice line
5. On second invoice line .. scroll to the extreme right of distribution lines,
    Alignment is not proper, Grid labels and fields are mismatched
