Group Post Runs to Error With 'Group Posting Run Control Missing for Operator ID', 'Message nbr: 11061 Message set: 14816' Displayed in SFPGRPST Cobol Log File (Doc ID 3073878.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Group Post, the following error occurs:

Group Posting Run Control Missing.
for Operator ID - <Oprid Value Will Display Here> 
& Run Control ID - <Run Control ID Value Will Display Here> 
Message nbr: 11061
Message set: 14816

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Student Financials > Charges and Payments > Group Processing > Post Transactions and run the process SFPGRPST. 
  2. Click Process Monitor and note when the instance ends in 'Error' status. 
  3. Click 'Details' then 'View Log/Trace' then the CBL_SFPGRPST .log file for the details.
