Symptoms
Setup file server in PeopleSoft Cloud Manager fails with below error.
Error: Get "https://iaas.<oci_region_name>.oraclecloud.com/20160918/vnicAttachments?compartmentId=&instanceId=": dial tcp: lookup iaas.<oci_region_name>.oraclecloud.com: i/o timeout
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy cloud manager in private subnet having a custom PIA FQDN
2. Navigate to cloud manager PIA > Cloud manager settings > File System
3. Try configuring FSS (file system) here and notice the error in tf.err file.
