Symptoms

This issue affect PT 8.6x and higher when customers Database are MSSQL Server.

Customer will see a large number of locks on the MSSQL server database. A lot of sessions waiting on other sessions. The locking is with table PSPTENCALIASREC.

This can happen especially when under a heavy load or LDAP user login attempts.
