PS HCM : In Create Organizational Relationship - Attachments are't Deleted for Cancelled Transactions and for a New Organizational Relationship for the Same Employee it Retains the Old Attachments.

Symptoms
When creating an organizational relationship for an employee, adding an attachment to the activity guide, and then canceling the transaction using the 'Exit' button, the attachment remains. If a new organizational relationship is created for the same employee, attachments from the canceled transaction still appear in the new one.
- Go to Workforce Administrator > Manage Human Resources tile > Organizational Relationship tile
- Create a new Organization relationship for an employee.
- Search for an employee, select employee and click on ‘Add Organizational Relationship”.
- Enter Effective date, Action : 'Hire' , Action Reason: 'Temporary Assigment' and click Continue.
- Enter position number.
- Add attachment.
- Click next to proceed with validation.
- Click ‘Proceed with Warning’.
- Click Next to review Summary.
- Click ‘Exit’ to cancel the transaction.
- Confirm that the system take you to the Organizational Relationship page for employee.
- Click on ‘Add Organizational Relationship’ again. Enter Effective Date, Action, Action Reason like step 4 and Click ‘Continue’.
- Go to Attachments section, the attachment from the cancelled transaction is showing within this transaction, ideally there should be no attachments for this transaction.
