Symptoms
After upgrading from PeopleTools version 8.60.06 to 8.61.07, the following DDD Audit error was seen:
(INDEX-1) Index defined in the Application Designer and not found in the Database:
RECORD NAME Index ID Ownerid
VAT_CALC_TAO A FLC
VAT_CALC_TAO B FLC
VAT_CALC_TAO C FLC
An error occurred building the indexes. Application Designer was checked and the VAT_AMT_RVC Field was present in the VAT_CALC_TAO record. A SQL was performed outside of PeopleSoft and the VAT_AMT_RVC Field was existing for the VAT_CALC_TAO record.
