ELA: Receiving “Invalid Value for Operating Unit” After Updating the Lease Name of a Pending Lease if Chartfield Security Is Enabled (Doc ID 3074557.1)

Symptoms

Receiving "Invalid value for Operating Unit" after updating the Lease Name of a Pending Lease if Chartfield Security is Enabled


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enable Chartfield Security / ChartField Combo Edit for Operating Unit & Account
2. Create a Lease with a Valid Operating Unit / Account, save but don't activate the Lease
Navigation: Lease Administration > Payables Leases > Create New Payables Lease
3. Reopen the Lease using the Maintain Payables Lease Page and change/update the Lease Name
Navigation: Lease Administration > Payables Leases > Maintain Payables Lease
4. Click on the Save Button after the Lease Name is updated
5. The following Message is displayed:

"Invalid value for Operating Unit -- press the prompt button for a list of valid values

The value entered in the field does not match one of the allowable values. You can see the allowable values by pressing the Prompt button."
