E-AD: PT 8.61 PeopleCode Editor Drag-and-drop From Project Does not Work Correctly, the Selected Text is Deselected When Dragging.

Symptoms
PT 8.61 PeopleCode editor drag-and-drop from Project Workspace does not work correctly.
In previous releases, you could select text in the PeopleCode editor and drag something from the Project Workspace and it would replace the selected text. In PT 8.61, the selected text is deselected when dragging.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In App designer, open AE PSXPQRYRPT
2. Insert into a project
3. Insert record PRCSDEFN into the same project
4. Save the project
5. Open the AE peoplecode
If ExecXmlpQryReport(PSXPQRYRPTPRCSDPRCSDEFN.MSGLOGTBLEFPRCSDEFN.RECURNAMEN.MSGLOGTBL_AET.RUN_CNTL_ID, .........
Highlight the text PSXPQRYRPTPRCSDPRCSDEFN.MSGLOGTBLEFPRCSDEFN, drag a field from PRCSDEFN record in the project workspace over to the PeopleCode editor, the text is not being replaced
